CoinOptix Refund Policy

CoinOptix billing is not live until an admin-managed payment method, provider evidence, finance review, and launch evidence are verified.

For card or UPI providers, refunds follow the active provider rails, refund window, chargeback process, taxes, and settlement rules. For manual crypto beta payments, finance reviews the transaction hash, wallet, plan, amount, and account before activating access.

Manual crypto refunds are reviewed case by case. Network fees, incorrect-network transfers, third-party wallet fees, and unrecoverable transfers may not be refundable. CoinOptix will not ask for wallet seed phrases or withdrawal permissions.

If access was not activated after a valid payment, contact admin@coinoptix.com with the account email, plan, amount, payment method, and provider reference or transaction hash.

Refund, dispute, accounting, and tax procedures must be reviewed before broad paid launch.
