Privacy Policy

How CoinOptix handles account, risk, connector, billing, notification, and audit data.

v1.05/20/2026

CoinOptix Privacy Policy

CoinOptix stores account, onboarding, risk-setting, connector, billing, notification, support, audit, and operational evidence needed to run the platform safely.

Sensitive connector secrets must be handled server-side. Users should never grant withdrawal permissions. Production credential decryption and live order submission remain blocked until the launch gate and credential boundary review pass.

CoinOptix uses Supabase-backed authentication, database records, and audit logs. Payment providers, email providers, push providers, and analytics providers may process limited data only when the relevant feature is configured and enabled.

Operational audit records, billing records, risk decisions, and launch evidence may be retained for security, compliance, accounting, dispute review, and incident investigation. Deletion or redaction requests are reviewed against those obligations.

For privacy or support requests, contact admin@coinoptix.com. This policy is an operational launch draft and must be reviewed before broad paid production launch.
